It's not totally wrong in a way. Some games need to grind because you can't advance to enjoyable pieces of it, even if you don't like grinding.

Not everyone has a job he / she likes, but still need to work because they need the money.

Well Path of Exile, Firefall and Dota 2 when they come out, so far they are the only free good ones that I have tested/testing. And Wildstar but havent tried it out yet.
