Level 4 and 5 need at least 10% of their giveaways to be un-bundled, while level 6+ need 5% of their giveaways to be unbundled. level 10 has no rules other then activating all wins.

Well, I couldn't pass but bumping :) Strangely enough I think I do cover the requirements, level 6 account and num_sent >= (num_won * 2 - is there a bug or am i misreading the rules?

Aside from ratio, you also need at least 10% of your sent games to be non-bundled. Not sure at a glance if that's the reason, but could be.

Thank you so much but still not making it, since I think this calculates it by # of giveaways, and those are around 10 from a total of 475. In terms of real CV SGTools says they are 13.9% of my total CV though, so maybe an idea for your next GA :)

Never done a flash giveaway on the forums like this before, and only one other giveaway using sgtools. Lets see how it goes :)
