make Origin Battlefield Bad Company 2 giveaway if I make it private/group.

I made an public one but saw comments that Im not allowed to do a public one.

No. By doing this, the winner is liable to get suspended or banned for non-activation, and if this comes back to you, there is a good chance you will suffer the same fate...

Otherwise there would be no verification whatsoever.
Someone could claim they gave a guy an origin key, that other guy could be in on it and confirm that, free contributor points. Open for exploits.

Sounds like that would be for the best...

If you've redeemed the Steam key, giving the serial to someone else for redemption on Origin is basically piracy. Add to that potential nasty surprises if you and the "lucky" winner both try playing multiplayer with the same key, and it all adds up to a barrel full of "not cool"...

If you want a bigger contribution value, buy a game on steam as a gift and do it the right way, you absolutely can not give away a game on origin that you have already redeemed on steam.
