Someone could claim they gave a guy an origin key, that other guy could be in on it and confirm that, free contributor points. Open for exploits.

Sounds like that would be for the best...
If you've redeemed the Steam key, giving the serial to someone else for redemption on Origin is basically piracy. Add to that potential nasty surprises if you and the "lucky" winner both try playing multiplayer with the same key, and it all adds up to a barrel full of "not cool"...
