Assuming nothing has changed, yes:
The Groupees bundle gave both a German version and a ROW version. The ROW version couldn't be activated in Germany, but both versions could be activated outside of Germany. Given the usual Humble approach, it should give a key based off your region [in this case, in or outside of Germany]. So Germans should get a non-restricted (but mildly censored [low-gore]) key, while everyone else should get a key restricted to non-German regions.
At the very least, that still applies to old Groupees keys, and there's still some of those floating around.

Well, according to the devs all it does is tone down blood splatter, and reviews indicate the difference in visuals isn't even especially noticeable. So the only notable difference between the versions may be that the censored version likely has lower trade value [due to the general stigma against censored games]. :P
Still, as you say, blood splatter is generally just distracting and gratuitous, so the censored version may actually be the preferable choice.

i didn't get the coin s part of the bundle and when i was searching the FAQ's on their support page under the instruction on how to redeem the coins it said if you got the coins in the 2016 E3 bundle you can't get them any more because that was your one-off

I activated the 500 coins promotion without issue even though I purchased the E3 digital bundle last year and used the 500 coin promo previously. I suspect they're classed as different promotions so the one per account doesn't apply.

The ones listed as dlc's. do they include the base game? or only the dlc?
I dont have any of the games that require those dlcs, but i have most of the non dlc games listed there (the one i do have is total war warhammer, but i dont even really play it.)

Here's an interesting twist: activating the HAWKEN DLC drops cards.
To make things even more odd, although there are seven cards, the DLC will drop only two.

F2P card drops are determined by amount spent in game (sometimes DLC purchases will count). If you got to your badges page and click "How do I earn card drops?" for a F2P title it will show you card drops remaining as usual but also your progress towards your next card drop. You earn a drop after each $9 spent, just like sale cards.

Very few girls played games back then. In fact, it started off as a domain for us "nerds". Only later did electronic games spread in popularity. Now days it has to be 50/50 split between males and females but I think the types of games played often differ. Guys aren't always good at handling the girls playing online games. Some times they oogle, other times they talk down to girls. Its happening less and less, though. Hopefully time will change that and they will be treated the same in all games.

Hawken doesn't actually link to a DLC since that doesn't have a store entry.
Also, make sure you are using version 0.30.3 of the RaChart script, you have the Steam Store method checked in the config, and that you are logged in to the Steam store on your browser.

So far two people thought that Humble really put an unreleased 50-dollar AAA game into the one-dollar tier and posted giveaways for the beta multiplayer demo keys. (Yeah, I know it only says beta, but this is MP only and limited maps and features, so, a demo. I don't understand why so many companies nowadays don't dare to call a demo by its name. Maybe because they are asking money for it?)
I wonder how many will we get in the end. Obviously less than for SUPERHOT VR, as most understand the big glaring BETA tag on it, but still, an interesting thing to look out for.

I attempted to redeem the code for the amazon coins on amazon.co.uk per the instructions on the website, yet when I get to the one-click-purchase page it states that the price of the 500 coins will be £4.90, and my discount is £3.90. If I were to press the button I will be charged £1 for the coins from amazon.
The E3 Digital Ticket Bundle cost me less than what amazon will charge me for these coins so I have no intention of redeeming them until I am 100% sure that they will be FREE.
Has anyone else had this occur?

It did that to me last year, and it actually did charge me. Contacting Amazon resolved the matter quite easily for me after-the-fact, so I'm sure you could contact them beforehand with your code in hand, and get them to resolve it that way, as well.
