Addicts Bundle by Flying Bundle is live!!

I can understand why they promote when games have trading cards, but it's crazy to buy a game/bundle just for the cards as you can just buy all the cards for a LOT less. They should also show which games have achievements.. again, not because it is something everyone cares about, but it will help those that do.

Card price averages from STC Set Prices

Total = $4.25 + 2 games with cards to come. Will be looking at $4.85 or more when all is done. Cheaper to buy the bundle than the cards currently.

If selling: $4.85 - Steam's cut = $4.22

Countless Rooms of Death card price is bound to take a good hit though, and people might want be knocking a cent or two off the price of each card for quick sales etc.

I doubt profit will be seen if selling all the cards, but I still think $3 would be easy to get back, and maybe up to $3.50 at a push for those inclined to do it. Not bad.

Personally I'm only missing Countless Rooms of Death and don't think I'll be getting this.

Well I guess you proved me wrong :P The value of all those cards will drop very fast as everyone buys the bundle, gets the cards and tries to sell them off quickly.

Depends on the starting the price of each card imo, and just to be a pedant it also depends on how we're defining 'very fast'. :p

Just checking back, Countless Rooms of Death cards were $0.38 on average when making that post yesterday. Now they're $0.24. That was always going to happen as not many people own it and it had the most room to fall.

The others, well they might well decrease but are not going to decrease by a lot if I had to guess, because they're not very high in the first place. Burning Cars looks to have dropped from $0.14 to $0.13 for example. Another factor is that they're on Flying Bundle which is one of the smallest bundle sites out there so less damage will be done than if it was on Humble.

I think we'll see at least a slight drop in price on all the cards in this bundle, with some (the cheapest to begin with) probably only dropping a cent or two.

Lol, I'm spending too much time on this when I'm not even buying it, and if I was then I wouldn't even be thinking of the card price. I need to shut up now.

Aaaaand that's why "all games have cards!" matters to me.

I just sell em, it's just that much more of a discount to the bundle for me. ;)

If I don't have the games already, that is (happens I have about half of these.)
