Ticket for ban scammer

Hi!!

I send a ticket two weeks ago and dont recieve reply :( If u can contact with support for help me, I hate this scammers..

I send this to the support:

Looking for a games I saw this user ( http://www.steamgifts.com/user/nomteck ) and I remember...

He will steal every few months to different users and uses different pages and forums,
Months ago a friend of mine as reported in tf2outpost and after several complaints the admins ban him.
He always says that someone has stolen his account, and he's not performing the exchanges, but it is not probable that happens so often.
He lost the account every 2 or 3 months (and Steam have a really good security for account and exchanges...)

Here's the prove, please ban him from "Trades zone".

as steam support would say if you got scammed that's your fault, i know it sounds "could" from me but it's true and every trader should take care while trading
what i'm trying to say is that "calling out users" is not allowed here so you can't have steam profiles, steamgifts profiles or ANY other profiles that may lead to a steamgifts user which will make this thread pointless so please close it
