Cheers for the GA. All wish listed games for me, too! :)
As a little girl, I wanted to grow up to be Barbie. She was so self-empowered, had a boyfriend but not a husband, little sisters but not kids, gorgeous but smart (my barbies were always either ninjas, TV news casters or sometimes both).

I remember in 5th I was the cool guy at school cause I had a solid moustache.

I have few memories of anything, so I tend to live off my mother's stories about my childhood. One of them is that as a little kid I said that I want to be a doctor when I grow up, and my grandmother said that she doesn't suggest it because it's hard work with long hours.
I did play with Lego, and I do like the Lego games (only missing HP 5-7 from this list, although I don't enter giveaways so won't try for it).
I don't think I had much of an idea about superheroes when I grew up. Although I probably did want to be Steve Austin (The Six Million Dollar Man).

Yeah... One of the best memories is having a pile of jigsaw puzzles pieces (about 20 different puzzles for kids all mixed up) on the floor that I sorted out making up those pictures. I could do it all day long. No worries, nothing to care about... It was wonderful time - you were fully concentrated on what you're doing. It was the time when even the result itself didn't really matter, but the process did.
Same with Lego =)
And hey, I still hope to buy some Lego Technic and try to have a kind of similar experience again.
Have a good week, mate. Thank you for GAs.

It's okay to act like a kid, it might just be good for you too. I see those people who gaze upon others with consternation or don't laugh at fart jokes and I get a feeling that they might be dead inside.
Watch cartoons (Gravity Falls is guud, Mabel is my homegurl), laugh and embrace your weirdness. If you ever want to talk, I'll lend you an ear (let me know a few hours beforehand though, ears get pretty nasty so gotta scrub that stuff up to a mirror shine)

My favourite childhood memories either consist of playing on my PS2 (Burnout 3 was the shit. I never got sick of it.) or playing with my toy soldiers/cars and making up random situations. That's only a vague memory. I have nearly no memories before a certain age, and I can't even think of what age it is. I mean, I wish I could've been a kid forever but unfortunately there's the whole thing called "life", structured as society sees fit.
EDIT: Actually, a distinct memory I have is watching the full series of the old scooby doo show, albeit I don't remember any of the episodes specifically.

I loved playing with Lego and played Monkey Island on my first PC :-) (bump)
Aaaand I can still remember playing Tetris for a whole month while having to stay at the hospital when I was 8 years old.

I'm feeling inexplicably sad this evening edit: fine now though!... so to cheer myself up I decided to give you stuff from my own wishlist (or stuff that was there) to get us through the week.
Somehow buying and keeping isn't as much fun as giving away.. lucky you guys. Odd that... unless it's chocolate... I'd keep that.. wouldn't share my chocolate without good reason...
So, I read recently somewhere...
"My favourite childhood memory was of not having to pay bills".
While I have a hard time disagreeing with that thought... I do have a very nice memory of having picked up a big basket of Legos, which I dumped out on the floor in front of the wood stove. I recall just sitting there one winter day, a little too close to the stove (because I liked how hot it was), and just playing with my Legos all day long. Do you have a favourite child-hood memory? Think about it and play with some Legos yourself:
Not a sharer? That's okay, but please bump!
Lvl 3+ Lord of the Rings
Lvl 4+ Harry Potter: Years 1-4
Lvl 4+ Harry Potter: Years 5-7
Lvl 5+ Batman
Lvl 5+ Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
Lvl 5+ Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
Oh, as I listed Batman, makes me wonder... did anyone want to be a super hero when they grew up?
I wanted to be Phoenix (without the crazy) or Rogue (I harboured the secret belief that if I had her power I'd be able to control the whole sucking life-force thingie.)
Bonus: Lvl3+ Because puzzles are fun too
I think credit for the idea of jigsaw puzzles goes back to Ritona!
Have a great week everyone. ❤
