I think there is nothing I loved so much as a kid as playing with Legos. I spent so many hours doing just that and they were all great.
I think I want to be a superhero now more (when I look at the news) than I ever wanted when I was a kid.

Well, i loved creating something with lego very much, trading some details with my friends, borrowing instructions for legos to try make that thing with your own lego and all that stuff, yknow. Later i loved playing games with friends on my PS1. I can tell much more, but at these moments i see how it's hard for me to speak on english with others (but still easy to read and understand)

I feel sad too, but not that kind of sad. I just finished watching RWBY Season 3. :'(

I had just gotten my first point when I caught this so I should lose one. Back to zero for me.

Unless we get more than 20 participants, you are technically still in the scoreboard's top 20.

I was a kid when Disney were at their peak, with animated movies like The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and Toy Story (I know that's Pixar, but hey :P) and when me and my brother knew we would see the next Disney movie the next day, we would spend the whole night just talking about it and getting excited.
I also remember liking amusement parks and carnivals a lot more, and the summers were always something to look forward to because of that long period of vacation.
With that said...
...
I vastly prefer being an adult B)

Lego was my favorite toy growing up, and is one of those things that seems as limitless as your imagination. I can't think of a favorite childhood memory off the top of my head, but thanks for sharing yours! :)
It seems that as kids, we were always in such a hurry to grow up, and once we got there, we missed all of the magical things about being a kid... but just because you're an adult now with bills, responsibilities, deadlines, etc. doesn't mean that you need to let go of that inner child. Do something silly and goofy, sing, dance, color, look at something as if you're discovering it for the first time and let your imagination run wild. Just because you're older now doesn't mean that you can't still be a big kid at heart. :)

I'm feeling inexplicably sad this evening edit: fine now though!... so to cheer myself up I decided to give you stuff from my own wishlist (or stuff that was there) to get us through the week.
Somehow buying and keeping isn't as much fun as giving away.. lucky you guys. Odd that... unless it's chocolate... I'd keep that.. wouldn't share my chocolate without good reason...
So, I read recently somewhere...
"My favourite childhood memory was of not having to pay bills".
While I have a hard time disagreeing with that thought... I do have a very nice memory of having picked up a big basket of Legos, which I dumped out on the floor in front of the wood stove. I recall just sitting there one winter day, a little too close to the stove (because I liked how hot it was), and just playing with my Legos all day long. Do you have a favourite child-hood memory? Think about it and play with some Legos yourself:
Not a sharer? That's okay, but please bump!
Lvl 3+ Lord of the Rings
Lvl 4+ Harry Potter: Years 1-4
Lvl 4+ Harry Potter: Years 5-7
Lvl 5+ Batman
Lvl 5+ Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
Lvl 5+ Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
Oh, as I listed Batman, makes me wonder... did anyone want to be a super hero when they grew up?
I wanted to be Phoenix (without the crazy) or Rogue (I harboured the secret belief that if I had her power I'd be able to control the whole sucking life-force thingie.)
Bonus: Lvl3+ Because puzzles are fun too
I think credit for the idea of jigsaw puzzles goes back to Ritona!
Have a great week everyone. ❤
