It's not for PC unfortunately, but by far the best 'wild west' themed game i've played is Red Dead Redemption. If you have a ps3 or xbox 360 you should definitely look into it.

Have you tried the Call of Juarez games? (except Call of Juarez: The Cartel xD)
Westerado: Double Barreled looks cool too
And Luckslinger is interersting.
If u want some kind of RTS you could check Helldorado (it has some games such as Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive and Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge which are the prequels)

If you have a friend or a relative who likes western games too, you should try to play Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood with him, cause you can play the campaign in coop.
And yes, I've finished Gunsliger a few days ago and i can tell you that it's cool, and surprisingly funny xD
