A scammer is now using multiple accounts to give false negative feedback against me after I reported him on Steam Gifts.

Advice appreciated.

Already done. He's also using the same accounts to leave positive feedback on his own profile. Hopefully this will be resvolved cleanly by the moderators.

I checked, that two are definitely the same person using two accounts, apparently for CS:GO smurfing. So yes, permaban incoming, as soon as support can wake up from Christmas food coma. :D

To keep an account where your rating won't get tarnished on practise matches. Essentially the same reason most players on MP games keep several accounts. It is more than common.
The less nice version is to avoid a VAC ban.

Or to troll lower-ranked players, play with friends that are significantly lower-rank, etc.

Yeah. I took pity on him because it's Christmas and went first. I know that I shouldn't have. I don't regret it because it could've been a kind gesture to a genuine user. Now I have to clean up the mess.

Had a 5x multi-account user recently downvote all my steam game reviews with each account. Certainly less troublesome than poor sg-rep, but steam support is a bit less likely to ever do something about it. :P

Well, you're either not going to get a response, the response you'll get will be completely useless, or the response you'll get will be completely useless AND nonsensical.

And yet, I still have better interactions with them, than with GreenManGaming or IndieGala support. -.-

..if nothing else, steam support responses are often good for an exasperated laugh.

It's not like you're gonna get terribly hurt by this action and go to corner crying while thinking about this (I'm guessing it's some kind of revenge stuff, that you offended someone either here on on some other virtual site).

A user report needs to be detailed, especially if it's something serious like scamming. Writing "Scammer" is not a sign of a good user report.

Create a report using the Other category, so that we would be able to have two-way communication.
