Hi. My problem is following. I play Torchlight II. On the PC I had 14lvl and the I played on laptop till 17 lvl. Now there is my save as I had lvl 14 also the PC Save. I tried to copy my save - the same, lvl 14. On laptop I tried to sync my save and I saw there - lvl 14. No big lost but anyway it's annoing if that DON'T sync correctly. Have you had the problem too, that it not always sync your savings?

There was a thread about this a few days ago.
It's a known problem that Steamcloud can have problems (bad programming or bad internet connection), and that it's especially annoying if you are switching between different systems.
But basically you only have 2 options: keep Steamcloud enabled and hope that it works or disable Steamcloud and sync your save files manually.

Didn't use it, but it looks like a SMITE key.

If this is still true and you have any benefit if someone uses that key, you might be suspended from SG for posting a referral key.
I'm not playing Smite, so I don't know for sure if this still applies.

I have heard people having problems with Steam cloud, but I personally have never experienced any difficulties with it. Might be because I use Steam on one computer only, so there's no threat of my saves getting screwed up because of Steam cloud syncing and transferring save data into other computers.

If you hope it works, the delete/move you save files and try to play. If it works, the saves will be downloaded. If not, you gotta care about your saves :P

I've had Steam Cloud overwrite my newer save files with the older one on the cloud when I disabled it and re-enabled it just to test it out. Makes me worried about every turning on Steam Cloud again for Skyrim, since I've had the cloud off since like 50 hours in.

Would be awful if all that hard work got to waste because of Steam cloud screwing up. Maybe it's better not to mess with that thing o_O

Well, I originally turned it off for Skyrim because the syncing started to take forever. Once your save files get to be tens of megabytes big syncing (which rarely goes above 5 KB/s upload) take ages.

I wrote this in the other thread a while back, but I use GameSave Manager to link all my game saves folders (offline ones and the local Steam Cloud folders) to Google Drive, so I have them locally on my machine and always backed up in the cloud (in addition to Steam Cloud), you could do the same with Dropbox or any other cloud solution.
