Bought an amazon key for Prototype 1 and 2 but..

I have deleted a giveaway because... Well they alerted me that the keys don't work for Prototype 1, can you explain how to make it workable, because both don't work.

Prototype 2 is Steam Redeemable. Prototype 1 isn't so you can create one with 2 but not with 1.

You bought the Mixed DRM pack didnt't you? If you bought the one that says STEAM DRM both are activatable on Steam, if not only Prototype 2.

This. I made the same dumb mistake and amazon won't swap them, I asked. Have to refund and repurchase.

prototype 1 worked without a problem for me. Steam DRM was chosen ;)

Yeah but I may have bought the other pack Mixed DRM. So it's better to be sure. :)

Not all Keys from outside Steam can be activated on it even if the game is there.

If you contact Amazon support, perhaps they can switch it for you? I have no idea if they actually will, but from what I hear, their support is pretty helpful. If you really want the steam one, it wouldn't hurt to try.
