Hey guys,

I've some troubles with fps lately. i formated my pc a week ago. FPS were below 100 and sometimes it breaks for some miliseconds.

I decided to upgrade my pc and now i have:
CPU: i7 3770K 3.50GHz
RAM: 2 x 4GB Kingston 1333mhz
GPU: MSI R7770
Monitor: Benq 144hz

I think with this config i would be able to get better fps, but it still around 100 and sometimes dropping to 30 and start lagging.

Some notes:
Not much difference on FPS amount when changing resolution or video settings from low to high.
There's no difference on FPS if i change CS GO launcher settings (-freq, -threads 8, -high,...).
My gpu driver is up to date.

My CS:GO is doing it too. I have really bad laptop, but now it REALLY is unplayable.

I noticed some sound distortion and some minor lag spikes yesterday. Never had any issue with CS. I think they might fucked up something.

Same. I had this in deathmatch, arms race and casual. Didn't want to join competitive with the lag.

Well I only experience lag in maps with a lot of lighting effects or when a smoke or molotov is thrown. Sorry that I couldn't help much :(

Maybe effect heavy maps.

Operation breakout maps are community made and not well optimized. So, everyone is experiencing that.

Maybe the answer is in the recent update which added Linux Support to the game.

Had this problem awhile ago, solved it by doing a clean re-install of video drivers and reinstalling direct X.

As I said on my CARLEST's comment, something must be wrong with CS. Any problems with other games?

That's what I'm talking about, 1-2 weeks ago they added Linux support to the game, maybe it's because of that update.
