Did u watch any good asian tv series? I watched Kingdom, and it was pretty good but stopped following it after a while. Also Squid Game which is great and the 2nd season is coming in December. Currently i try to get into GyonSeong Creature and The Frog on Netflix, both seems pretty good.

Sweet Home S1 and S2 were quite good (haven't watched S3 yet)
All of Us are Dead was also a really nice watch
Parasyte seemed good (different character and story from the anime but the same world), still need to continue watching this
Squid Game was really good
Hellbound was also quite nice, a bit meh at times, but still a good watch, especially with the teaser at the end of S1

I don't really watch TV series but I liked The Sound of Your Heart because it's kinda dumb, it's based on a webtoon.
I've heard good things about Sweet Home, Moving, and Signal as well.

I watch a lot of Asian, mainly Korean, shows, but I've never seen Squid Game. A couple of shows that stuck with me are Alice in Borderland, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Inspector Koo, and Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo

I've been eyeballing some Korean shows recently, and watched Squid Game. But the main asian media i watch is anime.

I toned down the anime watching quite a bit in favor for other stuff, myself.

My first k-drama was Crash Landing on You and I totally fell in love with the genre. Such an amazing mix of comedy, thriller, drama and romance. Squid game was amazing too.

Other shows that I'd recommend:
Something in the Rain
Extraordinary Attorney Woo
Thirty-nine
Mr. Queen
Alchemy of Souls. The first season was great, season two lost its soul without Mu-deok.

Of course there have been some disappointments too.
The worst was probably Snowdrop on Disney+. Crap plot and the ratings were hyped because of two very prominent actors.

Well that is nice. Korean drama is very underrated and interesting, imo.

As far as I know the Chinese series 3-Body (based on the sci-fi book with the same name) is supposed to be pretty good, although I've only seen the first episode so far :x

Tokyo Swinders recently, it's pretty good and not too long. Only one series with 7 episodes.
FYI - It contains scenes of a sexual nature and some violent scenes.

Arthdal Chronicles is one that I recommend to most people for fans of fantasy series. Also, it drew heavy attention and criticism due to being "similar" to Game of Thrones; the first intro is basically GoT intro, but the content is pretty different I would say other than medieval settings in both.

The Glory is a pretty good series too, that I watched on Netflix.

The ones I watched and can recommend are:

Alice in Borderland (japanese Show)
Death's Game (korean Show)
While you were sleeping (korean Show)
Doona! (korean Show)

Edit: Forgot to mention that Alice in Borderland get's a lot better with the episodes, but starts a bit strange. At least I thought that it was strange/not that interesting at first, but got incredibly hooked after a few episodes. It's one of my favorite series of all time.

main ones I remember are Stranger, Squid Game, and Alice in Borderland.
just like american/european/etc... shows only a few will ever catch my interest.
since Netflix cracked down on password sharing my access to asian shows(non-anime) has been brought to basically 0... not worth paying for it when I watched maybe 3 series max a year.

If your into horror/suspense I suggest Gannibal. Its a Japanese show about a police officer that gets stationed at a village and he starts finding some weird things about the village and its people. Of course Gannibal is a play on "cannibal" so expect it to be about that but feel like the show is pretty underrated. The cinematography and acting are great.

I don't know what genre you exactly like, so I will just list the ones that I thought were really good:
Extraordinary Attorney Woo
Move to Heaven
Vincenzo (pretty cringe at some parts, but really serious towards the end)
Moving
The Worst of Evil
D.P.
The Glory
Bloodhounds
Juvenile Justice
My Name
Revenge of Others

All of these are Korean btw :)

If you want reccomendatiosn for some Korean movies, let me know. I know some bangers :)
