Recieved wrong game

Hello everyone.

First of all, I already created a support ticket. That was before I noticed this forum, and the fact that they ask you to post here first. Anyway, on to it.

I entered a giveaway for Shadowgrounds Survivor. I know, you all hate those, but still. I was lucky to win, and I recieved a game. Unfortunately, it was not survivor, but the the game Shadowgrounds. Now, I don't care, I'm not bashing the guys face in because he made a mistake. I told him about it, and of course he was sorry. But do I tag the game as received? Technically I haven't received the game, but I don't want to be a dick to be honest. Thanks in advance.

I would tag it as received. Everyone makes mistakes and he said he was sorry. You should be happy that you won something.

If you're happy, he knows about it and you activated the game, I'd say received :3

If you say, haven't activated, or you already have it and he still has Survivor, I'd ask for the correct game.
