Region restricted game

I won a game with a regional block that I can't activate on steam, can I keep it in inventory if I don't enter in more giveaway of that game or I am supposed to do something particular with the game? At the moment I have the gift in inventory

You send it back to the gifter and state that they need to send a region free copy you can activate. If they haven't within a week, mark it as not received.

Well damn, I already marked the game as received ... so I have to contact the support now?

I had the same problem. Send it back to the giveaway maker and tell them to reroll
