So, every time I see the game name Spakoyno something at the back of my mind whispers "spanakarzo, spanakorzo, spanakoptika, what?" and finally I remembered:1995, emotional hardcore band by the name of Spanakorzo, split LP with the relentlessly exceptional Swing Kids (featuring Justin Pearson of Holy Molar and more importantly The Locust). Although I wouldn't get turned on to the band until almost a decade after this record, they were one of dozens of bands from a proudly obscure and yet terribly important punk scene in the San Diego by-way-of-Hell region.31G (ThreeOneGee) Records was the epicenter, a label dedicated to pushing the boundaries of music. They're still at it today.

From 1995 here is Spanakorzo's Parasite 7" from start to finish See if you can identify the genre within the ~10 minute run time.

Definitely one of my favorite bands. I've seen them 4 times, but the best was when they jammed out Hag Me for 45 minutes (and I was on a lot of LSD lol). :X

I'm not posting a song but a whole album. It was my first album I ever got and it saved my life multiple times. My personal favorite, to me every track on this is gold.
