Buying on Indian/Ukranian Windows 10 Store

Anyone tried to buy Gears Ultimate on W10 indian or ukranian stores? Tomb Raider worked fine, can't seem to be able to complete the payment for Gears of War Ultimate tho... #sadface

Payment fails every time... i think they fixed that since Rise of the Tomb Raider
