Fuel Puzzle Giveaway ( Solved, Done )

I can't find Fuel on the giveaway list so because I'm lazy I'm gonna create a special puzzle, not really it's probably easy, and the first person to solve it gets instructions on how to get the key from me. First one to do so will win!
