Do you buy games protected by Denuvo?
One interesting thing is recent release of first Denuvo game for linux last week, Mad Max.
This version is only using Steam DRM. This means that crack for Deus Ex Mankind Divided will likely come next week with Linux release.
I wonder how this will affect market share of Linux :P

Considering how bad that game runs in Windows (Deus Ex MD) I suppose a SLI setup of GTX 1080 will be required to get 30 fps in Linux xD
I think Linux is still not prepared to support this kind of horribly optimised games. It's like a chain of bad optimizations everywhere, starting with the cards drivers.

I still haven't made my mind about Denuvo: on one hand, if it's a legit DRM (kinda, it's technically not DRM by itself) that will stop pirates from cracking games too soon, WITHOUT hindering legit paying customers, then I don't see anything bad about it; but on the other hand, it's still relying on activation servers, and we don't know what would happen if they are shut down.
All the "bad news" heard until now, have been due to subpar game optimization by lazy developers, so at least in this regard Denuvo is better than, say, Tagès or Securom, which installed potentially dangerous drivers, and are not compatible with modern operating systems.
By the way, I don't see myself buying a Denuvo game in the immediate future, either because they're on Origin, they're not interesting to me, or simply because my PC isn't powerful enough to run them.

It wasn't cracked tho, it was bypassed because of implementation failure. Denuvo is hardest to implement on Unity games because it's use of C#, which is compiled to MSIL, instead of more traditional x86. Denuvo really can't protect it, because that's not what is made for.
Same is true for Inside too, which was cracked fast.
Unity is bad choice too, because of code that you can protect is used by many games, which means you have that as an attack vector unless you choose to buy source code license.
Square Enix for example skips Denuvo on Unity games (like I am Setsunasa, Hitman GO, The Turing Test, Goetia), because of this.
So sadly, it won't be affecting Denuvo's use at all.

And now Denuvo has been patched out from the steam version as well.

I'll never buy any games that have DRM in them that interferes with the user, UPlay, Denuvo, TAGES, SecuROM, Games for Windows Live, etc.
They still sell Grand Theft Auto IV (complete with GFWL DRM) on the Steam Store, which is sickening.

Apparently Denuvo would had been removed from DOOM in the latest patch: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1323084

Regarding the removal on DOOM, someone from Denuvo recently spoke to Kotaku
each publisher is of course free to remove our anti tamper tech from their title once they feel the protection has achieved its purpose in protecting the initial sales window, or if they have other reasons for doing so, such as selling the title on DRM-free platforms.

IMPORTANT: Please, add (type) the tag "Denuvo" manually to all Denuvo games you visit in the Steam Store, there aren't still enough games tagged as "Denuvo" so the tag does not appear. I'm adding direct links to the games below.
Also you can join this group and you will get a notice in every game profile with Denuvo.
Please, don't post links to torrents or warez related sites.
I opened this thread to post news about this protection. There's a Previous thread with interesting info but was closed by the author.
