It's Koizumi Risa from the anime for 'Lovely Complex'. I have not watched them in years, but she was a fun character. Half girly fangirl, half weirdo geek. All around freak, so I kind of relate. She stayed with me over the years and sort of became the image folks associate with me as Orion now.

my avatar.. long story.. in short: i had the original squirtyay emoticon of bastion because i use the emoticon a lot, then a friend drew it for me the one you see (it's more HD than the one i found on internet before this one) and in the end, Mullins added the eyebrows in the forum that made my avatar even more COOL
