Someone try to activate the key you activated in past. so that's why you get this message.. He clicked on Retrieve account.. so that's why

^this. I did the same just the other day after Bundle Stars sent me a used key. To their credit, Bundle Stars also gave me a replacement key pretty much immediately (considering the time difference between US and UK).
