Murica and Western Europe aren't locked.

UKR belongs to CIS, so sadly - it's region locked too. ಥ_ಥ

The cheapest not locked store is Japan. After Japan comes Norway and after Norway comes Canada.

When I uesd to buy from russian traders I didnt find japan store so cheap. like 30% more discount with like 15-20% fee with paypal+trader it's almost the same ^^ Don't want to whine, just saying
