[Suggestion] Why is the system like this?

It's called retroactive bundling. :P Some games can be bundled after a year or more.

It can happen because bundled games needs to be added manually to the list, and sometimes it takes time for the bundler to find out about certain games.

If it weren't this way, every bundle would be a zerg rush to put up giveaways before the bundler got it, which means that the bundler needs to be actively working all the time; I think like one or two people manage the bundle list, so that would suck.

The date is representing when he game was bundled, not when the bundler added the game to the list. There's only one man keeping track of the list so please be reasonable. If you wanna check if the game was bundled or not before you're making a GA check isthereanydeal.com

if it were not retroactively done so many many many people would abuse the crap out of it by making the giveaways the moment the bundle was made. i agree it sux when you have temporary CV that does not really belong, but its better then extreme abuse that would happen if it were not retro.
