HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Help for adult life:
Get a credit card as fast as you can if you don't already have one and start building up credit. IT TAKES FOREVER TO BUILD CREDIT.
Get a rice cooker. Rice is cheap and makes for nice, fast, and cheap meals.Great investment. (you can also make large pancakes, but I won't go into detail.)
If you don't know how to write/deposit a check, please learn.
Do NOT burn bridges. Make friends, you may need them later.
When you put someones contact info in your phone, I have learned to put their birthday right after their name.
Look up how to build resumes. Remember the exact day you got the job, and the exact day you left. Some job applications are really specific.
Try to make friends with someone who knows a lot about cars/fixing them. If you have a neighbor who messes around with his/hers, strike up a conversation.
Read instructions before putting something in the microwave. I once caught a potato on fire. Glorious moment.
That's everything on the top of my head... good luck!
EDIT: I have no idea how anything works in the Netherlands.

Building up credit is an american thing. Although these things tend to infect Europe eventually.
Edit: Especially credit cards. No-one uses them.
