IG has had a few good bundles, but yeah, quite often the effective discount is not that great, as many of the games are in the $1-3 range

yeah, Fanatical these months definitely overcomes both humble bundle and indiegala in my opinion.. (even because HB has so few bundles and some of them start like at 5€ or more for the base tier xD)
apart from that, Indiegala still puts out a good bundle like every two weeks, but all the other ones have that stupid system of 3 games (costing like less than 3€ as a whole) - tier 1 - at 1€ and then.. making some crazy prices for the tier 2, which has sometimes good games but many other times it's crap.. I'd want to buy more from indiegala since some tiers 2 are quite interesting but the price (and the price increase by the way) is most of the times too high for me..
I would definitely take completely out those happy hour stupidities and those price changes - like Fanatical does, keep the same price and it's ok.. it's crazy that you don't even know when where and how the price will increase or decrease, and as I said most of the times the tier 2 games aren't really worth it 3/4+€..

Indiegalas last good bundle (for me) was the point and click bundle, roughly 1 or 2 years ago. It's just trash by now

Someone has not yet checked the last fanatical bundle :P. I agree most of IG bundle might be overpriced for what they offer but some of them are actually really great like the Artifex bundles (if you are into HOG of course) and from time to time they offer some really decent bundle. If you are lucky enough to find a spot in a groupbuy the fun/price ratio is hard to beat. All in all i think IG is not doing too bad.

I'd say their bundles are almost always overpriced if you buy alone. Group buying will put most bundles in the acceptable range, even when you are interested in only one or two games from the bundle
