I boot from C drive and have Steam games here. But I also have Steam games on E drive, yet my Steam library of installed games only shows the ones on my main drive, drive C. How can I launch the games that are installed on my E drive (without booting from it) ?
Obviously I have very low computer knowledge... :P

if you download a game just pick a different folder ;)
else.. copy everything to another drive with the same folderstructure
(f.ex. -> steam/steamapps/common/..)
then "redownload" it -> (wont actually as you already got the files)

Try what Luka wrote. Steam will see which files already there.
You can try downloading a game you don't have yet (Carpe Diem, small free VN for example) and install it into the main Steam games folder on your E: drive.
