Buy IndieGala bundles during their Happy Hour, which gives you several bonus bundles for your purchase of one bundle (they're all identical to the first bundle, however, so it won't actually get you more than one bundle's worth of cards for your primary account).
IndieGala has a bad reputation in certain considerations, so let me add that it's worth backing up your IndieGala keys off-site as soon as you get them.
There are also several other bundles out there that can give extra copies, but again, not really ideal for farming.
Groupees Greenlight bundles (or Groupees bundles in general) are often a cheap way of getting several games at once, most of which end up with cards. Other than that, keeping an eye on tier 1 bundles is the cheapest way of getting games.
You can also use barter.vg (which I HIGHLY recommend over Steamgift's trading section) to trade extra game copies for games you're missing (just please trade fairly and respectfully).

OpiumPulses and GreenManGaming both have store credit that you can earn (albeit slowly) without payment or effort. Racking up levels on AlienWare is similar, and lets you qualify for certain free games as you go up the levels. There are also several offer-completion sites out there that let you earn site credit or prepaid money cards for completing tasks.
I haven't used it in a long while, since it's a pain of a site (especially if you don't do a lot of manual adblock additions to prevent some really, really painful design elements) but OrlyGifts is an excellent site to get free games, even ones that are high value and unbundled.
Also of note, if you end up getting spare games, even if they're junky you can still usually trade those to users in exchange for the trading cards the game drops, if your priority is the trading cards themselves.

no.
you can ask a friend to buy for you and pay him every month or so :(

I asked one person about their 50 pages of cards recently, and they told me they just simply never ever had bothered to sell any. So there may not be any 'trick' to it, though certainly, keeping an eye out for free game promotions helps in that regard.
If you're not using Idlemaster (which I personally prefer most) or another card idling program, you're also no doubt spending far more time on farming cards than you need to, which will slow how fast you can build up your inventory.
Worth noting that it's often worth selling cards for new releases or unbundled games immediately, since they can hover at around 30 cents, compared to the 5 to 7 that cards typically drop down to.

I have thought of buying Bundle games from those sites, ( HB , IG ... ) but my only problem i dont have any cc or debit or what so ever..
buy cheap games on those, and as you said farm the games or if i got a dupe i could sell that game for some number of cards but thats my problemo :(

Trading other steam items or games, idling games collected/gotten from bundles (steam, IG,HB,ect.) for uber cheap, stuff like that.

once thought of that, having too much alternate account will make you pay 5$ every acc ( and it would be hard to transfer the remaining steam wallet to your main ) + its not that useful anymore since, they removed mega giveaways , in gleam.io so no more secondary companies giving you tons of keys.. only the developers now.. are only allowed to release keys.. so it won't be as much as before..

50 level 10 accounts gives fairly good amount of boosters. ~30 boosters per week. That's 90 cards. That's around 2€ of profit.
as for games, idlearmy is good source, but you don't get initial cards, so if you've other ways, better pursue 'em first.
another option is to buy those 0.0x €$ games, they are pretty much guaranteed to be proftable
eg. Uncrowded was 2 € cents a piece and cards are around 0.08€ profit per piece now.
Others buy IG HH's for extras for card idling

Buy cheap / bundled games > farm card using Idle master / ASF > Profit

"but trading cards can be used also as a currency in trading"
Don't want to burst your bubble, but cards are probably the worst commodity. High supply, basically worthless considering fees, and those that are worth something are highly volatile.
But, you know, getting lots of cards still has the same simple routes: buy them, or farm games.

Well, quite simply, get a lot of games then, and farm.

I usually horde as much as I could until the next Summer/Winter Sale arrived to get the event cards.

There are some people in steam with like tons of cards in their profile exceeding more than 10 pages full of steam trading cards.. and i wonder how do they get them...
with the easiest way possible.. I want to have my inventory grow like them, not only because it looks good in your account but trading cards can be used also as a currency in trading other stuffs and so as crafting badges..
In what ways i can earn that inventory without spending too much??
any ideas nor suggestions..? Thanks, but though. i know it would take alot of time to achieve that...
