Its more of a puzzle of know what exact name and letter combination you want as answer than just knowing the monsters...Q3 is quite ridiculous.

Jeez, got #2 on the first try and #1 and #4 on the second, but I tried more than a dozen different things on #3, thought about it for over an hour, and gave up. Then I came back this morning and tried some more things before finally figuring it out, and now I'm headdesking because in retrospect it's so obvious. Haha, well played.
