Most reliable way. Get a job.
If that is not possible at the moment, then consider tremorgames, but you need to know what kind of things to look out for and special tricks to help maximise earnings. It also depends a lot on your country. It will only work well if you live in the US or a (rich) EU country.

im currently getting 2 scholarships, but i never invested "real" money into games. I even try to get some beer money out of steam sometimes.

Im already doing that with the things i'd love to have, but a videogame is not an SUV. That's something I wont be able to afford... at least not in the next good couple of years.

yah... that was right what i wanted to buy ^^'
even if it goes on sale, it wont be that much of a discount.
If my computer can handle witcher 3 and dark souls 3, then i guess PUBG should run just fine...

Why do people even play it if that's the case? it's hard to believe people play the game with 30fps, harder to believe people have GPUs from latest gen

as i was telling the other guy, the thing is that i never did, nor i will spend "real" money on videogames. Everything i own so far had been made through "online" money (trading and others)

well yah, but what i've been doing so far to earn money through steam and other platforms took me only a couple of minutes... Either way, it's just something i dont wanna do (investing pocket money into games). Investing a couple of bucks i make online don't feel like hurting that much. I feel as if investing the money I earn in real life into videogames is like investing money into gambling. But that's just me.

i guess... but still, it would feel like spending money on gambling, which i consider very stupid.

yah, but as far as i can see, or at least in my case, the trading cards market is dying. Seems like cards become cheaper and cheaper everyday.

well that's a bummer, but couldn't be more true. thank you :)

mhm... i guess...Still, I have regrets buying (with money earned through trading) a good couple of games from my library that i played less than 10 hours and costed me more than 15 Euros

where i live the cheapest beer, which hardly differs in taste with others, is $0.78 on supermarket and $1.56 in pubs and i hardly ever drink.

spend a couple of minutes to read my responses. It's not that i can't afford it, it's that i dont want to spend money from my bank account. I want to spend money I make through Steam only. Be less ignorant, thanks.

something from* nothing.
and touche... yes, i should update it, but to be honest I still haven't received the response I was looking for so far, although im not saying they weren't useful.

refs, as in refines (TF2) ? People still trade items/cards for them? Thought that market was dead. Havent traded anything for refines since 1 TF2 key was 13 Refines. Damn the prices went high so quickly...

mhm, im currently using steamlvlup to get rid of the cheapies ($0.03) then im buying more expensive card sets to sell on market...
You're saying it would be worth collecting refs and selling it for keys?

made some math and it seems it's more profitable your way. Thanks a lot for the tip :)

I sell my GPU power to miners when I'm not using it. Getting around $2.50 a day with my Titan X. It's not much but it's a little extra for doing nothing.

miners? can you... uhm... tell me more about this?
Comment has been collapsed.
Crytocurrencies like Bitcoin, those kind of mining but instead of mining and trading these things myself, I use sell my GPU compute power and they pay me instead.

eheh, not if you live in a college dormitory.
Are those things safe? Bitcoin and Crytocurrencies farming ? If yes, where i can start? I let my computer on ever since i wake up and till late night, even when i leave the house.

The riskiest thing about mining is that your hardware is running full load while mining and could wear out faster. Nicehash is the easiest way to get started. It will set up everything for you and choose the best algorithm automatically based on your hardware.

Utilities are included in my rent. I don't pay any extra no matter how much electricity I use.

i've read that these things could get you a handful of malware. I've got important data on my computer...

Hello. I would like to buy a 30 € game and I currently dont have any funds on my paypal, except 7 € on my steam account. I got at my dispose 8 other accounts ready for anything.
Can you recommend me some easy ways to earn this amount of money in the shortest time possible? The current bundles don't really pay off, buying cheapies from "bulkgames" websites hardly pay off too...
So far I've been collecting games from freebies that were given out, sold the cards, bought csgo keys, sold them on 0pskins. To be honest i lost a lot selling on that website, but it's fast and reliable.
Any tips?
EDIT: Thank you everyone for the tips :)
