What counts as regifting?

it does not count, beacause you activated it.

it doesn't count as regifting if you activated the game you won.

If you own the game on your account, it shouldn't be a problem. It only looks suspicious when you mark a gift as received, create a giveaway for the same game, and do not actually have it activated.

Win game. Activated game. Game now shows up in Steam Library. ALL GOOD.

If it's the same copy of the game you won, its re-gifting. If you win a game and activate that game but buy a new copy for someone, that's not re-gifting. Also, CG is hawt.

That's what I suspected :)
