If you own the game on your account, it shouldn't be a problem. It only looks suspicious when you mark a gift as received, create a giveaway for the same game, and do not actually have it activated.

I was wondering: if you've won a giveaway, and loved a game as hell, and thinked that someone should really try this one, so you buy one and make a giveaway. That counts as regifting, because you have same title in won and created, or not because you've activated a key on your account?
