"Points" how? I think you mean contributor value - if so, yes, partially.

The * means that the game is bundled - which means it was in a bundle or very cheap in the past, and now grants 15% of the game's original price in contribution value (unbundled games give 100% of the game's value). In other words, the game you're giving away is $25 but since it's bundled, you receive 15% of that value in contributor value, which is $3.75.

The next thing to take into consideration is multiple copies. With every copy/giveaway of the same game you giveaway past 5, the contributor value will decrease by 10%. In your case, this will not apply as it is the first time you give it away, and only 4 copies. But if you create another two giveaways/copies, the second giveaway or copy will grant you 10% less value, and an additional -10% with every additional copies.
