Bottom left of the GA page. Deleting a GA will lose you one GA slot. You've already sent 14 though, so if it's your first problem you'll just go from 7 slots to 6. Means you can only make 6 GAs at a time until you finish sending more GAs (3 finished = 1 slot).

I accidentally miss clicked on a region locked thing but the game is not region locked in any way.The Giveaway starts in two days, is there a way to change the restriction to NONE?
