I like most styles of game but my overall favourite would be simulation games such as Factorio, Dwarf Fortress, Rimworld, etc.

I only found one game that is similar to Dishonored and Assassin's Creed : Shadwen

The genre is Stealth-Adventure, though Dishonored and AC lean more toward Action-Adventure than most.

Thief, Volume, Aragami, and Styx all come to mind as notable recent stealth-adventure games, other than those you've listed, though they're flavored more toward stealth emphasis. The Hitman and Deus Ex games are also notable examples of the genre, and lean more toward the Action-Adventure style of Dishonored and AC. Metal Gear, Splinter Cell, Death to Spies, and Sniper Elite games are also interesting examples of different flavors of FPS-style stealth-action/stealth-adventure.

If you wanna break from that general framework, Mark of the Ninja is a notable stealth platformer, and Invisible Inc and Shadow Tactics are well praised tactical stealth games.

dying light, similiar to dishonored, has co op. and a massive open world zombie slicing, could you ask for more? xD

"Fantasy / Sci-fi / Space" are not game genres, they're themes.

Anyway as others already said, Morrowind, Sleeping Dogs, Saints Row and Thief might be what you're looking for.

if you like sandbox, try red faction guerrilla. batman games give you some freedom too so you might enjoy them.
did you play bioshock series? i think they are more similar to dishonored from the listed games. also check styx.
similar to skyrim, risen 1-2-3. they aren't perfect but they have a lot of content to explore and they are fun.
far cry style with open world, try stalker series.

Saints Row, Mafia, True Crime/Sleeping Dogs, The Saboteur, Rage, Mad Max, Red Faction, Fallout, Witcher, Borderlands, Batman Arkham, Tomb Raider.. there are so many open world action adventure/FPS/RPG hybrids, it shouldn't be hard for you to find sth.
