Did a giveaway a week ago. The three winners didn't qualify (Two didn't own the base game and I couldn't contact the other). Asked for a reroll. Still waiting.

Are they taking so long lately? I tried to bump the ticket some times. Did I do something wrong?

P.S. What do you mean by bumping the ticket? Aren't they solved on a "the oldest first, the newest last" rule?

Some members might look at the end, others will look at the top. But a bump will make it be seen sooner, just be sure its important.

So... whenever I submit a support ticket, I have to keep bumping it on regular basis in order to get it solved faster? That does not sound like a good system, it makes more sense to solve it on a "first come first served" basis.

The oldest tickets tend to be the ones ignored for various reasons, such as permanent suspensions. Newer stuff is first on the list. Its like the regular forum here.

I also did and bumped his rerolls on me. But seems we still have to wait. My ticket is from 10 days ago, so I have to say FIRST ;P

BTW you created them from the created section, right? Cause those are supposed to be specific topic tickets.

I created them from the "Request new winner" button that is on the right side of each of my created giveaways. I do not know of another way to ask for a reroll.

That's the correct way, but as it says it's the "new system" I guess previously they were done on the general support section.

Oh, I did not know that. I will not bump mine as I still hope that they solve the tickets in order. This way we'll have my tickets closer to one end and yours closer to the other, therefore higher chances to have them approved soon :)

I even told support to re-roll a GA -I- won because it was for a DLC that I had won just an hour prior. Still waiting on that one, 5 days and 3 bumps later.The GA host is a Russian guy and I translated into Russian via email after he tried to friend me twice and then sent the dlc via steamgift. He finally understood and hopefully requested a reroll himself.

I also reported an illegal GA that is still up so, I guess they're all busy with the new SG site.

Took ten days and one bump a week into that, for my reroll request to get taken care of a month ago. It all depends on how many admins are able to take care of things at the moment and how many reroll requests they have going. Seeing as that a HUGE giveaway spree JUST finished a week ago for Halloween, there is probably A LOT of reroll requests flooding support this week.

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a reroll for a 100p giveaway. My giveaway ended just before the 'maintenance' which caused the data loss.
