Dont feel bad. These pop up all the time, and I never know how to solve them.
Often they're some crypto thing you my have learned in advanced math courses.
Last one I saw was solved with using base-64. Meaning as opposed to the way we count with base-10. Each group is of 64 numbers. This is where I get lost XD

I'm assuming the decryption key has something to do with the bolded 24x7 which equals 168. Also "non-happy ones" is another way of saying negative ones (-1s)?

I usually have a hard time with these too... But just in case, you have seen Zelghadis guide, I assume? I am still stumped with such puzzles, but at least it convinced me that those smart people who do solve such puzzles are not telepathic aliens from outer space.
Except for Kappaking, of course, who is an alien from outer space. Not sure about his telepathic abilities though.

I was watching Cowboy Bebop (the new one with John Cho). The show, It is good! Although Faye is a few flats below to what i think would be desired. She's still portrays Faye nicely as actress.
At the end of an episode i had an epiphany, such as the one Aldcoran had described.
So i came here to try and solve it.
Suffice to say that, my face is still not happy.
