In my opinion, you should never buy from these sites. There's really no reason to as Steam has great sales, and considering the fact there are HUNDREDS of these, only a fair few have a good reputation to back them up. If it seems suspicious, I wouldn't risk my chances, though it is only $20.

You might want to elaborate on your business model (and in your best English). We know of many regions that can buy games cheap, but that doesn't mean that anyone that does and makes a site to sell them is legit. Also, broken English is something all scam sites have had in common, so it doesn't help your cause. Your site is also pretty tacky and unprofessional, and the review posted on the right side is also of the same poor English indicating that one of you put it there in an attempt to add credibility. If it was someone who's native language was not English, they would have reviewed it in their own (most likely Slavic) tongue.
That's not even taking into consideration how an account with access to all of those keys has only 6 bundle games on its account, which gives no indication of you actually possessing the games your store claims to have. So either it's a scam (most likely) or you're just really terrible marketers that have no idea what they're doing. :)

No, not really. Scammers wouldn't take an open door like this and he wouldn't get his designer/PR guy that does speak English to do it. That doesn't mean it doesn't need to be said though.

Please try using the 'Full Stop' key. Its between the ',' key and the '/' key.

yeah, they are a bad site. . . Using hese guys will just have you game pulled, and maybe banned. Even more so, lier "deals" aren't deals. You can buy any game that they have offered cheaper at a legit retailer. . . just have to wait for a sale. .

VPNs are not illegal, you obviously dont know what they are or how they function. On the other hand, Steam does say you are not allowed to use them for their service.
Also, dont be a typical backwater ignorant American, English is not the only language in this world. If he cant speak it well, dont hold it against him.

Allow me to put in my few cents. Here are the problems with cd-key shops
Technical Problems
1) Such games are usually require you to VPN to a Russian server
2) Such games may not contain English or other languages
3) Such games may break after any update (BF3/MW3/Skyrim)
4) Such games may require hacks to get English other languages to work
ACCOUNT HIJACKING POSSIBILITIES
Note these are always retail games from cheap regions of the world. This means the cd-key is actually a physical cd-key YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE. because you do not...
1) If Steam wants the cd-key for account authorization you are screwed
2) The cd-key shop can take the physical cd-key and REVOKE the game from you
3) The cd-key shop can take the physical cd-key and HIJACK YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT
Note the physical cd-key is proof of purchase and thus is a viable vector to either revoke the game or your account. None of the above is 'theoretical' in any way. It has happened and thus can happen to you.
Is this really worth saving a few bucks?
Comment has been collapsed.
To answer your last question. A few bucks no. But considering that the prices in my region(EU) are triple then on sites like this i say it is worth it.
I'm NOT saying i am deeming this site TRUSTWORTHY, but i have been using such sites for years, and it's the way to go when Steam asks triple the price because i am not living a few hundred kilometers more to the east.
And the technical issues you stated above are not a problem if you inform urself before buying.
Comment has been collapsed.
If you're that price conscious simply wait for the many Steam sales for whatever game you want to go on sale which are very frequent on Steam or even buy games on other services for cheap. You're just buying a lot of headaches and potential security issues.

Meh, wouldn't trust them. Using a generic admin account like that sets off some alarms.

Actually in my experience these sites are fine and most have a refund policy. They basically buy boxed copies in cheaper regions/at bulk discounts and then sell it. They will mention whether it worldwide or region locked too. I have bought mw3 at dirt cheap price (about 25$) I guess from similar sites and it works like a charm.

Not familiar with the concept of preorder? Or your statement is that seting a preorder on a game that has no release date(Dota2; even if it may be f2p) is a hoax?
Then you should report amazon and countless other sites because they had a preorder available on diablo 3 since it was announced in 2008. Also similar preorders on games like GW2, SC2 HotS etc. Pretty sure Crysis 3 is going for preorders soon and the release date is "sometime in 2013"
Sites like this are totally legit. Buying in bulk from retailers has its advantages. Also taking advantage on RU pricing and limited/no global restrictions on games

This shop looks more reliable. Another South East Asia key seller though.

Shops that respect the regional restrictions are "100% legal".
Comment has been collapsed.
Nope. You agree to specific terms when you use Steam and these are just as legally binding as a contract. If Valve wanted to, they could take you to court. Of course, they wouldn't for PR reasons and would rather just disable the game or your account.
There's nothing grey about it though.

Are you saying that in steam terms there is rule "you won't have family in different countries who will buy you games as a birthday gift and send them over a mail"?
And here I thought globalization is a fact. Or maybe it is, for companies and corporations, but clients should just shut up and give away their money...

1/ for key region free => ( no problem )
2/ for cdkey activate by VPN ( Example : call of duty MW 3 RUS ) : i mean . you bought cdkey and activate at russian ( reseller shop not on steam )
if you try fake ip to russian and buy game on steam => 100% banned
but buy from reseller shop not on steam ( same us - cdkey scan from box ) => 100% play forever not banned without problem ( same you travel to rusian )!
hope understand !
sorry !english bad !

Please, stop talking about ways to bypass regional restrictions. I suggest you to edit/delete this comment.

Got ME3 RU key from this site yesterday. Their english is not good I have to say. Their main priority is too sell key to people from Vietnam, they just opened to foreigner lately. I am sure that they are legit but it's better not to buy from them if you are foreigner.

You can trust them. I bought Battlefield 3 some days ago and they sent the code. Im downloading it from Origin right now :). I think I'll buy Back to Karkand too :). But there's one bad thing: they can't speak englih very good, sometimes i don't even know what are they talkin' but they are very cheap and they send the code fast.

Yeah, he's like "I have no idea what Im doing" :D

You guys should learn to know what "grey market" is, so that you can choose to trust them or not. Keygamepc, g2play, cdkeyhouse,etc... are not legit retailer, they only sell legit cd key, so that's why they're cheap.

After seeing the sponsor for this giveaway http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/ZL2us/total-war-shogun-2-fall-of-the-samurai I was just curious.
Does anyone have any comments on the website? I see Saints Row The Third for 20 bucks and that seems suspicious..
