I used quotes because I don't see him as really being a dev. I've spoke to him before, and he's a snotty 13 - 14 year old. He got nasty with me and some other people over some BS before his shitty game got Greenlit. "Gaben" is the only reason this game got Greenlit and the joke reviews keep it from having a negative rating. It never should have left Greenlight.
