Support haven't answer me for 19th December (more than 3 weeks). I refreshed my ticket twice... I really need solve my problem as soon as possible... What Should I do?

only 3 weeks ? when they dont answer you 3 or 4 months then you can start worry ;)

I have 7 support tickets open that are all over 3 months old. Go figure. I don't blame them for not answering, either.
