... you notice that you've been acting like an asshole in a thread for all this time and were too stubborn to admit it -__-.

I will change, because I've been pretty obnoxious at a certain point, but did it ever happen to anyone else (in the SG forums or elsewhere)? How did you remedy this mistake?

Actually I think it's the other way around for me. I tried to be a really nice person when I joined the SG community, but after all the hate i got from people in response it made me more of an asshole to those kind of people.

I think that being an asshole to an asshole is justified, though. It isn't constructive, yes, but still deserved.
