So yesterday I bought bioshock triple pack, I thought it's a great game but it's disappointed me. How can I refund them; every game separately or whole packet at once (and how to do it).

Ask valve. I assume you would have to directly contact them but I think if you select one of the games in the pack, it'll refund all of the games since they came in one sale, assuming you didn't own any other games beforehand/

There is a tab 'recent purchases'>'Bioshock triple pack' and 3 options, one of them is 'I purchases this by accident' and after that there is 'request a refund', but this wasn't accident :S

To be honest, this makes me wonder. How does one "purchase something by accident". Weird.
(I know, not really topic-related but eh, oh well.)

I guess it might happen sometimes when you want a game so bad that you don't really check if you added the right one to the basket xd

Fair point, didn't even think of, that to be honest. Might be because I doublecheck everything like 10 times before purchasing :D

Do you mean like "my kids bought it instead of me", or just that kids didn't know what they were doing?

First one. Though I guess they're kinda the same! :D

I've purchased something on accident tbh. It was on G2A but I got a refund within 2 minutes.

Maybe on a bundle with DLC or like you bought SF4 instead of USF4 or Doom 3 instead of the BFG edition?

Not so difficult, and usually the accident is caused by technical problems from the store. Once I bought a dlc twice on steam: Normal purchase process > to inventory. Without adding it again to the basket, just after the purchase ended the item still was on the basket on the last step of the purchase process (apparently was frozen or did a step back) so I ended purchasing it twice. Didn't notice until I saw two emails poping up.

Was going to say, you can refund for any option and I think there's an 'other' option. Anyways, you seem to have gotten it.

nah you don't play Bioshock for a shooter, it's about story and philosophy.

I don't have a desire to spend hours in front of a poor game just to get to know how great the story is. If I want philosophy I take Nietzsche of a bookshelf or Sartre, games for me are to relax.

Poor game???? WOW...you have POOR TASTE!!!!! It's a game where you're basically put in the shoes of Samuel Spade (Humphrey Bogart's character from The Maltese Falcon) if he had the powers of Peter Petrelli from Heroes. It's a game where you can whack insane people in the face with bicycles, chairs and arm-chairs or where you can set them on fire and sadistically watch them run around screaming in agony, only to put them out of their agony at the very end with a well placed wrench twat to the head. Or maybe ice is your thing. You can freeze them into nice decorative statues and then break them to little pieces with said wrench. Like Sub-Zero in Mortal Combat. That doesn't rock your boat either? You can shoot LIGHTNING from your hands and throw angry killer bees at them (like Nick Cage said: "NOT THE BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!!!!! OH, PLEASE, NOT THE BEEEEEES!!!!! "). Also, the creepy and scary atmosphere is what makes the game so gosh darn fucking amazing. And you fight giant robotic men in antique diver suits with drills instead of arms that carry around sadistic little girls that stick needles in people to collect their genetic mutations.

Oh right and it has vintage weapons like the Magnum hand-cannon revolver and the 20s Mafia style Tommy Gun (the one with the round clip chamber). And you can get drunk on anything from cheap vodka to expensive gormet whine. And you'll actually get health from this. Now that's what I call responsible drinking... Oh right, did I forget you can impale people to walls with a cross-bow?

How does it get any better than this? BEST GAME EVER...

Also...you've played 20 minutes...you haven't even scraped the surface of what this game has to offer.

Oh, you must really care about me that you wrote a whole essay in a response. Like I said everything is relative, 20 minutes were enough for me to dislike it, anyway, it's just a game. Cheers.

Story was not like awesome in this game, but it was interesting and good, also anyone can have an opinion.

But about philosophy is not an opinion is a fact, Bioshock is one of the best philosophy games...so I don't consider anything, game was intended to have it.

It's a philosophical game not because some articles wrote about it, but because devs themselves included philosophical ideas in their game intentionally.

To be honest Bioshock 1 doesn't stands do great today if you're a new player to the franchise. I knew all the story because of internet (and random spoilers everywhere) and foolishly played it on medium difficulty, it gave no challenge. Plus it's feats and unique points are present in newer games as well, so while it was groundbreaking when appeared, now it's ... not exactly a generic shooter, but far from being special :\
( At least I started playing Bioshock 2 on hardest, this way it really gives the thrill of fights with Big Daddys and conserving as much ammo as I can :) )

BioShock was always more about the story than the actual gameplay. That was clunky even at the time.

Yeah gameplay on Bioshock is average, but story and philosophy is amazing, specially the last thing.

"played on medium, gave no challenge.." lol
You reedemed yourself by playing Bioshock 2 on hardest. I started playing Bioshock 1 on hardest, and damn that thing was scary man.. But when I reinstalled OS i forgot to backup my saves.. so I don't feel like starting over, well at least, not yet.

Are you fucking kidding? This is a game where you can throw bicycles at people's face with telekinesis and impale them to walls with a cross-bow. And your melee weapon is a fucking wrench... How is that not awesome? And I didn't even mention the tips of the ice-berg: shooting lightning fire and ice from your bare hands and blowing people's entire tops halves apart with a 12 gauge shotgun that appears to be the angry finger of God. And all this is just bonus, cause you have an absolutely AMAZING story that not even Terry Gilliam himself (the writer and director of the weirdest and most brilliant noir movie ever) could have done better and an atmosphere so creepy and depressing. it'll send chills down your spine without one single cheap jump-scare that horror games these days use. Exactly what part of it doesn't hold up? It's the best game IN HISTORY!!!!

In a world after Infamous, Bionic Commando, Protype 1 and 2 to be honest the plasmid system doesn't give as much as it gave back in it's time. Telekinesis is fun though :) Wrench.. it's cool, and it's the same for bioshock as crowbar for Half-Life, but it's still just a wrech, with you hit. To be honest I don't remember anything about "blowing people's entire tops halves apart" at least not in the first game, corpses and actors can't be mutilated. The story is FAR from amazing. The setting? The setting IS amazing. The backstory. The main story doesn't hold up because because the game is OLD: Did you see ANYTHING Bioshock releated picture anywhere, with the opportunity to comment? It's spammed with " Would you kindly? / A man chooses, the slave obeys!" I know, the game is from 2007, and there is no such thing as spoilering a 8 year old game. But the fans did! They destroyed every single new player's chance to face a fucking huge twist because they just had to repeat the keywords that were cleverly hidden. When somebody says " Hey look, pay attention for these words and that quote, because they'll be important. And they even link together!
I'm just blaming the internet itself and it's spoilers. They destroyed a fantastic story by spoilering it, and you can do little to none to prevent it. And without this plot twist, huge part of the game's mystery is destroyed, and ... it feels terrible. Plazmids are good, and I LOVED the weapons. Graphics and the water-based screen distortion is top-notch even today, but if only I could forget all the spoilers I've seen because I didn't even know they were spoilers, and play the game without memories about it. <-- this is the part that doesn't hold up today, in my opinion. And i'm not angry about it, just really, deeply sad. Because I know I would have loved, I would have adored the story and it's mindfuck elements, and I was stripped of the chance :(

I personally found BioShock to be one of the most disappointing games that I've ever played. It was not bad, far from it, but I was expecting "System Shock 2" quality, and compared to SS2, it just felt watered down. Yes I know, comparing things to System Shock 2 is incredibly unfair.

Sorry my bad, it was about game play and atmosphere, where it was all about atmosphere and story. You were expecting sth like CoD I guess, but I won't argue. Everybody has their own taste. But just because you don't like it because it is not in your cup of tea doesn't make the game "poor"
