2019 was pretty shitty for me, probably one of my worst if judging by levels of stress, only giving me a bit of break towards the end of the year. I was absolutely not expecting for 2020 to take it as a challenge.

Haha yeah I've been saying I just want to time travel to when this virus has f'd off :p
This has happened so fast but not as fast as it could have if we had taken no measures at all so we can perhaps be thankful that most of us had at least some kind of warning and time to adjust. Even for the countries that acted too slow and are suffering, it could have been even worse. I dread to think of the situation we'd all be in right now if this hadn't been taken seriously until much later.
Of course on an individual level, for so many this is the worst time in their lives - we can't forget that and I don't mean to diminish that. Just that those of us who are so far doing relatively ok, we can stay relatively positive. And as much as this virus has exposed the worst kinds of human nature, it has also shown how compassionate people can be and what we can achieve when we work together. We need to see more of that in the news.
