yea ever since steam added refunds the sales have kind of sucked...they should give us the option to forfeit a refund for better sales prices i have only refunded one game ever and bought it back two weeks later for $10 less then i originally payed lol

If you've owned everything Borderlands except Tales from the Borderlands, you can get ~$2.32 for it (about 60% further cut) from Borderlands "Take Over Your Life Bundle".

That's why some people can't see some bundle pages. It's rather common on countries that already have a good price for individual games.
To be honest, I think instead of not showing the bundle, Steam should just use this minimum price for the bundle automatically... but hey, what do I know.
