Ever since Double Fine realised the power of bundles, it and a few of their games are getting some recognition again. Of course their dear leader is slowly but surely destroying all the credibility he built up over the past decades, but most of their older games are still stading form in the eyes of gamers.
Plus Brütal Legend is incredibly metal. (And incredible mediocre as a game with incredibly not good controls.) This level of metal deserves to remain in the public knowledge for a long time.

True, the controls suck ass. But the whole theme and setup of the game are pretty much glorious. A must own for gaming metalheads like me :3
