Contact Support outside of a reroll request would be my first point of call.
Remember there is a difference between not marking something received and marking it unreceived.

just keep waiting tho, your bumping it probably actually slowed it down though really. now it looks like a fresh request instead of an old request, which is the order most mods/support work in.

Don't worry about getting a 'not received', that will only happen if the second winner marks it as such. If they don't it will stay as 'awaiting feedback' forever. If they do mark it as 'not received' then that's incorrect feedback which can be overturned by support and could even get that person suspended.

Tempete presumably wasn't picking at your decision, but rather just trying to clarify the answer to your stated issue. According to previous staff comments, bumping pushes your request back down the queue- which is likely part of the reason it's taken so long for you to get a response. :P
That aside, sometimes staff gets backlogged, or overwhelmed by RL matters, or whatnot. With the exception of user requests (which get permanently ignored past a certain span of not being able to be gotten to), it'll get resolved in due time. :)

No I wouldn't think so, Tempete seems like a good guy. I guess I didn't need to apologize, just didn't want anyone on the support team feel like I was being impatient or that I wanted to rush them, I genuinely thought it was the correct course of action. I realise they do this in their free time and I respect that. I'm happy as long as it gets resolved eventually.

I also had to wait for re-rolls, for being already owned, between 3 to 5 days but I guess it maybe has to do with the new Steam Trades site.

I don't want to bug support, as they must be busy. But of all the re-rolls I've requested in the past, they have been done within a day. But this time, it's at 4 days ago at the moment, and still waiting. Is there something going on that's keeping support super busy?

Mine got resolved, but some others in this thread also said it's taking longer. I'm not sure what's going on, perhaps it has to do with the new Trades update, other internal changes or perhaps few support members are available at the moment.

So I requested a reroll for a GA because of a rule breaker which was granted. The new winner asked me to reroll again because he won the same game from someone else. I checked his profile and it seems what he said was true, so I asked for another reroll because the winner didn't want the game. But I haven't heard back for 5 days now, which seems unusually long. I tried bumping the request, but to no avail. I can't delete the GA either since I gave away 5 copies and 4 were received. So I'm not sure what to do, since the winner obviously won't mark the game as received, and I may get an unreceived mark on my account even though the key is clearly available. So what do I do now?
