I would have gone with Dynasty Warriors 8 because I love hack and slash :3 (Assuming you are talking about PC.. since it's not exactly 'new' on other platforms)..

I'd buy a lot of cheap games instead of one expensive game, but I guess Watch Dogs if you want :P

Save your money for the Steam summer sale in a month or two and get a dozen games for the same price.

Wait for a discount on Watch Dogs.

Thief was a full price title too, now there was a 33% or more discount on it 3 weeks after release.

Wait for Wolfenstein The New Order. Looks immensely awesome.

Depends if your pc can handle Watch Dogs or not. Get which ever your system can handle.

Buy darksouls 2 in a key reseller for 50% the price, darksouls 2 is pretty much awesome and it's worth the money (i'm having alot of fun with this game), or buy the new dragon age game, looks hella promising too if you are up for games of the kind.

Watch dogs in all honesty doesn't look as pleasing as people think it will be. And even if you buy this game... buy it in a key reseller aswell. Don't pay 50 bucks for a game you might regret buying later at it's full price. Most games end up on sale a few months later after release.

Try a game that is already out, so there's no way you're going to be disappointed.

Wait for the games to come out, try it on a friend's house or something and then decide.

torrent both(when released), test and if you like one of them really, go for it.

Thanks for all the comments, I think ill just wait it out a bit. see what come out and wait til watch dogs is out and read the reviews and opinions then buy it then.

Wait for a discount if you really want to buy Bound by Flame, because it's not really worth the price. Don't get me wrong, it's a good game but it has its flaws. On the other hand, there is a high probability that you'll get your moneys worth if you spend it on Watchdogs.
