winner doesn't have base game

i'm asking you guys to make sure i'm doing it right..

the winner of my fall of the samurai dlc doesn't have the game (Has shogun 2 but not fall of samurai). I added the winner wanting to explain, but didn't accept me and now has gone offline.

I'm now supposed to press the Request New Winner link, right?
