I have experience in receiving invalid keys.

I contact those that sold them to me.

Even if someone had, do you think it was resolved without contacting Get Games Go?

I bought something from GetGamesGo a while back and found out it wasn't a Steam code and had some weird DRM on it, I asked for a refund and had it within 20 minutes. They have some great support, just be patient it happens.
