About Nexus Mod on uplay

So i am planning to buy Fallout NV on uplay (uplay has a better price of 4.99 unlimited version) and i know modding is one of the most important elements in this game. But i am wonder if NMM works on uplay games.

I know it looks like a stupid question but i just want to make sure.

i hope steam would make it on sale, i dont know, but i have THAT feel that steam wont make fallout on sale.

Yup - New Vegas is Steamworks, so where-ever you buy it, it registers on Steam.
