I'd say its pretty good, but I'd recommend getting a GTX 660Ti over a GTX 570. Just a matter of preference. If you're getting something in the $300 range, might as well make it have the newer architecture!
It's a good rig, will be able to play anything really.

+1 on 660ti (or 7850/7870) and a better PSU. Otherwise it looks pretty good.
You could save a bit on the mobo chipset too if not overclocking (and then skip the -k CPU) to get a little extra for PSU. If overclocking get an aftermarket CPU cooler.

Not everyone is tech savvy you know.
This is one of the few forums I go on. And Is the place with (most the time) the best responses.

570 has shown to show its age a tad, and with only 1.3 gb VRAM you might have to sacrifice a few bells and whistles depending on what resolution and settings you play on. Never seen that brand psu but it should run a 570 fine. CPU is the best bang for the buck for gaming and is a beast. You could oc to 4ghz at near stock voltage, I got mine at 4.4. Everythig else looks good.

That's rather good, don't know what resolution are you planning to game, but my guess is it should be able to handle everything at 1080p, maybe not full details, but it'll do just fine.

The PSU has 80Plus certification, so i assume it being somewhat good?

This is a pretty great build. Decent higher-mid range. Will play most games up until now at high or max, probably. Make sure your RAM and MoBo are compatible though. I made the mistake on not checking, and I can't use my 550 Ti because of it. Still waiting on a BIOS patch that will fix it.

I also recommend a Hyper 212+ aftermarket CPU cooler. For about $30 you can keep your CPU ridiculously cool, I often run at about 15 degrees C, even in summer (I live in Colorado, gets pretty hot here). Worth it even if you aren't going to overclock.
